RETURNS
We only offer refunds on orders that are lost or damaged. Please allow 2 weeks for domestic orders and 6 weeks for international orders before emailing us regarding a missing order. If your order is damaged, please send a picture along with your order number to thegooseandrabbit@gmail.com
REFUNDS
Once your email is received and, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
